• "Services" refers to all offerings by Inovio Designs, including but not limited to App Development, Website Development, Branding and Design, Ecommerce Development, Digital Marketing, and Logo Design.

2. Scope of Services

We provide custom development and design services based on client requirements. The specific scope of each project will be detailed in a separate agreement or proposal provided to the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete project requirements and specifications.
• You must supply all necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
• You must ensure that the materials you provide do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights of third parties.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing and payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements.
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• The agreed-upon schedule for payments is to be adhered to. Late payments may result in penalties.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

• You will be the owner of the finished products made especially for your project when you have paid in full.
• Unless otherwise specified in writing, Inovio Designs has the right to use finished projects for marketing and portfolio purposes.
• Any third-party assets used in the project will be subject to their respective licensing terms.

6. Revisions and Approvals

• The number of revisions allowed will be specified in the project agreement.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• Approval of a project phase or milestone confirms your acceptance of the work completed up to that stage.

7. Confidentiality

• We will maintain the confidentiality of all client-provided information.
• Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.

8. Liability & Warranties

• While we endeavor to deliver exceptional services, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise as a result of our services.
• We do not warrant that websites, applications, or digital assets will be completely error-free or function uninterrupted.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
• If the client terminates a project before completion, fees for work completed up to the termination date remain due.
• Inovio Designs reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms.

10. Governing Law

The laws of Your Jurisdiction shall regulate and interpret these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We retain the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any substantial modifications will be communicated to clients.
